Mezzanine Fund SUMMA
SUMMA SAFI was established in 2007. The following year, the SUMMA Mezzanine Fund was successfully launched, raising US$67 million from local pension funds (AFPs). This was the first mezzanine debt fund in Peru. The fund made four investments in different economic sectors and subsequently divested in an orderly manner, a process that concluded in 2023 with the liquidation of the fund.

Carlos A. García
CEO / Director. Company founder in 1993. More than 30 years of experience in banking, both in investment banking and corporate finance as well as in lending and investments.
